is there anyway you could get to a CAB, if you can't see anyone just ask for a 'dealing with debts' booklet it has a chart in there and amounts allowed for other things - just a thought.

245 Rent
52 Council tax
50 Clothing

30 Electric
30 Phone
30 Medical/Dental
20 Optical
54 Travel
20 Water
150 Shopping/toiletries
30 Work meals
50 Contingency
Will this be the same for the bankruptcy?
Add a bit more for gas and electric... You know what they are like for increasing charges. Add a tiny bit more to your food. Round off the council tax to 60, round travel to 60, Im sure you can buy a shirt thaen !.. You are not simply inflating the figures. Prices rise all the time, and ill bet by this time next year the extra you have by adjusting the figures.. Will be eaten away anyhow.
The OR isnt going to want to see your bus tickets, or prescriptions, ore even your ASDA Reciepts.0 -

30 Phone
30 Medical/Dental
20 Optical
60 Travel
20 Water
200 Shopping/toiletries/food
10 Haircuts

£15 DD for gas.. Jees Mr your gonna get some bill.. Mines over 60 andnd its only November !
Find a pet and something that needs dry cleaning. Again, The OR wont want to meet Moggie and if you turn up nicly dressed she will be able to see why you claim for your dry cleaning !
How much money left do you now have after your 'updated' SOA ?0 -
Well, actually I am in credit for the last three months but obviously winter is coming. Can I include washing then? I dont have a suit for work. (Dont need one for court do I?) I dont want to lie about not having a pet. If they checked with my housing association they would find we are not allowed them.
Okay, I earn £1361 a month. The above figures total 850 so that leaves 511 surplus on my current wage. I take it that is the one they use for the IPA as I dont know what it will be after April?0 -

Yeah they will take £357 of £511 . I seriously would try and get your budget more refined. As said, the OR will not have the time to see weather you can have a cat, parrot or poodle...
You dont need a suit for work, But how does the OR know that you dont need one for work now and again.. once a week or so for meetings.
Away from the dires of BKY.. What do you do for work, anything interesting ?0
