Well done the cake, is cooling at the mo, need to cut it, assemble it and ice and decorate tomorrow night.
Also need to buy some wrapping paper, I always forget this bluddy stuff.

Balloons ordered, her name in sugar craft ordered, ideas for a buffet tea developing, paper thing sorted, awaiting arrivel of another pressie. Must ring my batty Dad to remind hm its her birthday, he forgets birthdays and christmas.....no really!!

Our bedroom stinks as does the bathroom, very musty, no like so that needs sorting...erm...when I don't know?!! Think since we've had the double glazing it needs airing more often, trouble is we can't leave the windows open whilst we're out.

Hubby in London tomorrow so long day for him :(

Right off to find an owl...ala Hedwig...somewhere?????

  • Not much more done, but I managed to mop the conservatory and kitchen :j I think the conservatory is my albatross - it's a bit of a dumping ground and the majority of DS1's toys are in there so its usually a mess. Feel the need for a big toy declutter before his birthday...ok maybe before Christmas as his birthday is NEXT WEEK eeek, need to get my bum into gear but as ever waiting for payday.

Anyway, the reason I didn't get much more done was that the doctor decided they weren't going to prescribe DS2's colic drops. And they weren't going to tell me either. I went to the chemist yesterday and was told the surgery hadn't sent the prescription over yet and to come back in the evening. Luckily I didn't and phoned them this morning and it still wasn't there, so I phoned the surgery and the dispensary there said it had been sent to a doctor for review and that doctor was away, but she'd get one to the chemist for 4pm. So, 10 past four, I'm literally waling out the door with both kidlets in the double buggy adn the dispensary lady phones and says they wont prescribe it, they want to see what he's like without it. So then I had to phone the doctor, they said you'll just have to come along at the end of surgery and wait. I waited 50 minutes and was in with the doctor for about 2 minutes, and he gave me four lots of the drops without blinking an eyelid :wall:

So, not much flying was done apart from and S&S of the LR, putting the washing away, and making the bed. Oh well, tomorrow's another day...

doesn't look like anyone is awake to keep me company....I appear to be in early labour! Water broke about 7.45pm, chilled for a bit (and washed up etc), have been checked at the hosp, trace showed I was getting regular tightenings. Tried to go to bed but definitely having contractions....so watch this space. Don't want to go back to hospital til I really have to.

DH not handling it well as I predicted he wouldn't, thought hosp visit was a waste of time just to put my mind at rest, has a busy day at work tomorrow etc...MEN!!! Kept saying how tired he is...erm, yes, me too!

Anyone who has me on facebook please don't put anything on there yet, can't cope with the whole world texting me for updates!
