HI Guys
I need some help here.
I am currently with o2 broadband and have been for a year and half. I renewed after 12 months and stayed on the same package. After wondering what the costs were to upgrade, i phoned customer services to check. I left it with them that i would speak to my Husband and call them back if i wished to go ahead.
10minutes later i receievd an email to say they have changed my account. I called them straight back and the gentlemen on the phone confirmed to me that it shouldnt have been changed but he cannot chnage it back. I was best to reply to the email i had as they were the ones who have done it.
So emails have been going back and forth but they refuse to take blame for the change and insist i pay the new charges and now have been renewed to another 12month contract. (Just to reiterate, i did not authorise any of this.)
Its now got to the point where theyre sending a new wireless box out to an address i no longer have access to and they want mine back!
I am refusing to accept this change and new contract as they have done it themselves....anyone have any advice for me or legal jargon before i go mental!
Thanks for reading!
