    Hi Missterryshopper,

    1. Yes, I absolutely can, unlike other things I have tried before
    2. Yes, if I sign up new recruits I will eventually recieve a cut of their commission (certain criteria applies) but I am responsible for their development, training and ongoing support - so I feel I earn this.
    3. Yes it is a regulated member of the D.S.A.

I hope this answers your questions? N x

Of sorts but unlike other companies, if there were too many recruits in one postcode a ban would possibly be put on to regulate it and allow all traders a fair chance. To be fair my understanding is that the companies vision is a reasonable number of good consultants with excellent sales and repeat sales and NOT loads of consultants, not sharing the companies passion about the food, competing for sales in any one area.
We all know that other companies will sign up as many as they can. Also for me, this isnt solely about the recruiting its about my personal sales and creating really lovely evenings and tasting experiences.
Also unlike other companies there isnt a joining lure of free products, this makes sure that only genuine "foodies" who want to sell these products sign up x

So they are an Mlm, but distributors will be controlled.

If you join can you get your start up fee back if you change your mind?

Im out of my depth here but yes I do understand that to be the case, it has been mentioned to me in the past. They beleive it wouldnt be fair to have too many consultants in a small area. (ive experienced this myself with another DSA)
I believe the DSA says that you can get your start up fee back in the first 14 days - I think its a cooling off period - I really would have to have this confirmed though.
However, if you have been given the right level of advise and imformation before you sign up this wouldnt happen. No one would be encouraged to join if they werent sure. It would be best to have a "tasting" evening to see if it was for you and you would have to contact the company to arrange this
    HTH? x:j
