Evening all! Flying visit before OH arrives. Have brought own wine so am ok for the mo.

Life in the fast lane indeed!!!!! canapes!! we were lucky if we had a cardboard box (etc etc).

OK, have challenge for you all. Am looking for the most imaginative 'accident' to 'accidentally' destroy my lappy cos is getting worse & worse & IT don't care. 3_4_12.gif

Umm, this is a challenge... It will have to be something really plausible.

I was working really hard on the (insert name here) account on the train when suddenly the train lunged and dropped from the table onto the seat opposite me, spilling some blokes coffee onto his lap in the process. He jumped up and screamed in agony, which woke up the old bloke sleeping next to him. In a start he accidentally knocked over the computer again onto the blokes foot. At the same time the trolley boy came into the carriage, saw the man screaming and thought I'd attacked him. I ended up getting locked up for the night, with 2 50 something year old punk rockers and a drunk bloke from Wolverhampton.

So the computer's gone, I'm in the nick and some blokes not having kids for a few years.

    Something like that?
  • Evening all, can I come and join you? I need some cheering up...I'm owed overtime from May and I've increased my hours this month, so over £400 extra, and it's not in my paypacket!!!! gggrrrrrrrrrr. Our office is blaming the council, the council are blaming the school and I just want my money. It's going to be at least a week now till it's sorted and I want to pay my debts!

So I need a large glass of wine and some sympathy if there's any on offer?

    Now I like Go West....

    4 Concerts though... hhmmm... :T
Go West are FANTASTIC live. Regarding the L42 concert overload its my complete non negotiable spend. I'm dead strict with myself on everything else but Level 42 oh my God!!! Have been to loads of places that I wouldn't otherwise havebeen to, for example Wolverhampton,Landdiuno(sp), Grimsby, London various venues, Guildford,Colne,York, obviously M/C & L/POOL(Loads of times) and various other places. If I was ever to win the lottery my splurge would be to do the whole tour. YEAH I KNOW I'M DEEPLY SAD BUT.... Pass another glass or i'll put the brand new cd on(first new stuff for 12 1/2 years!) I'll shut up now. Honest.
Blind as you run...aware you were staring at the sun.

And when no hope was left inside on that starry starry night.

    :A Level 42- the reason I exist. :A
