mike thankfully i hope to never need to join your club..our debts are under control..it will take us a while ..but thankfully we wont have to face bankrupsy...mym mum and dad were made bankrupt a few years ago though so i do know how hard it can get(i had literally just moved out so lived there through all the court stuff) i will however mention it to those that i know may be affected..and wish you luck although ..no harm i hope you don't get as many as ss cause then it would get scary ..all those people having to go bankrupt...my heart would burst i think

Hi Mike,

Yes it's first night, we're usually too knackered on a friday to go on-line. Good news about not having to pay for your own bankruptcy but I know what you mean about wanting to keep control. My OH did not, would not, under any circumstances be interviewed on her own and was quite prepared to exercise her right to silence. The guy definitely got the message though and interviewed us both at the same time.

Maybe we could sue him for breach of protocol lol, ooops no point, the money would just go back to him.
