best sim only deal for smartphone/iphone ??

hi,
i am now looking for a sim only deal, either for a htc or an iphone 3gs.

i am willing to commit to a 12 month deal as they seem better value.basically this is what i have found, if you know of any better deals can you advise me please. below are all 12 month sim only deals with monthly allowances.

o2 - 600 mins, unlimited texts, 500mb download £20 per month.

orange - 600 mins, unlimited texts, 750mb download £25 per month

vodafone - 600 mins, unlimited texts, 1024mb download £20 per month

vodafone looks like the best deal to me so far unless you know of others,also on the above iphone tariffs does it actually matter whether i have a htc or an iphone???

I just recently got the following deal from T-Mobile

12months sim only
600mins
500txt
3gb internet
60mins to international calls

for £10 a month

Dont know if they still doing this or not as they told me it was a limited offer only for a short time.

yes i couldnt see that.
also t mobile is not a good signal locally.

My deal was better, £19.99
600 mins, 1000 text (mms =4 texts) unlimited data with a FUP of over 1gb (as my colleague had used 11gb and recieved a warning) .

thats expensive!

tmobile and tesco offer the same/similar deal for £10
