Hi,

Just to say I have finally managed to transfer the music from my son's laptop to his mobile. Gave up last night as I thought I was going mad!! Tried again tonight and it's worked!

Just one final question!! I have started transferring the music over and it has only let me transfer about five songs and it says there is no available memory. My son seems to think that he may need to get a memory card. Is this correct and would I just go to a mobile phone shop for this?

Yes, his phone probably needs a micro sd card fitting. Not expensive and it will clip in probably next to the sim.
I went through the blue tooth route exactly the same as you, just a couple of weeks ago.
