Orange Phone Fund

Has anyone had experience of their Orange phone fund not being deducted when they get a new phone?
In July, I used my phone fund (£27) towards buying a new phone on the orange website.
When I got the phone and rang to activate it, I ended up having loads of problems - to cut a long story short, they transfered my number to the new handset but didn't unblock the phone (apparently all phones sent by post are blocked which I understand), or credit the call time I paid for.
It took me several calls to sort it out and 3 weeks to eventually have the credit put on my account, initialy they gave me 15 free texts! Then I compliained again and eventually they gave me 100 free minutes. The customer service was awful.
My phone fund is now showing as £30 on the website and when I text 450 - should I tell them or leave it?
How long does it last?
