Heating works half the time!

I live in a flat which is 15 months old and lived here since beginning this year.

A couple of weeks ago, the heat source pump had to be replaced due to a product recall. The electricians tested things and was OK when they left it.

Now its getting a bit chilly and need the heating on. I put it onto 'timed' and its comes on about 6:30-8:45 in the morning and 7pm-11pm at night.

I cannot put my heating onto boost like I used to put it on and the heating should have come on 45 mins ago and the radiators are still cold.

Though it was on this morning!

Why is this? Do I need to get the electricians back? I think they are still replacing the heat source pumps.
