Failed Internal Security Check - iPhone 4 on 3 Mobile

Hello everyone,

Last week I bought an iPhone 4 on 3 Mobile online - the £99 upfront and £30 per month package for 24 months. However, the day after I received an e-mail from 3 saying that I had 'failed an internal security check', of which they were not able to give me any information about.

Has anyone had a similar experience or able to explain why I might have failed this security check? As far as I know, my credit history is fine - I did a check a couple of months ago and everything was OK.

Thanks a lot,

Daniel

  • Yes i had this problem last week with orange where I failed something inside but they wouldn't exactly tell me what. I assume it was a credit check as I'm young and have very little credit history.
I rang them back and spoke to a very helpful person who told me to email a copy of my credit report to an email they gave me and also themselves I think it was the referrals department.
They then got back to me in a few days having reviewed it and said that it was now fine and gave me the contract.
Try ringing them and see if there's something similar to do
