LG Viewty GT405 Help!!

Just got this phone from 3 on contract, my O.H. chose this because it had a decent camera function with a macro and zoom lens.

The phone came with a instruction book but there are a few things we are struggling with.

I've googled reviews on this phone til I'm blue in the face, also youtube and video jug but to no avail. We even rang 3 for help with a couple of things but daren't ring again, they will think we're totally thick!

Has anyone got this phone or tell me where we can download any info on this.
The main problem at the minute is the zoom faciliy isn't working.

please help or it'll be another wasted day faffing about.

Try using the volume control when in camera mode or tap the screen.

Hi, the voume control IS the zoom control also, same button, but mine is the same, no zoom on the camera, but works perfectly on the video!!:(
Anyone tell me what the feature "shake to auto align" means.
I basically like the phone, but getting it set up is a nightmare.
Had it 24 hours, and it's driving me nuts.

Some phones can be like that, when I got my Satio by the next day I could have smashed it to peices, but now I love it and having recently got an ipod touch, just makes me like my phone even more
