    3Dogs ~ what is the maximum term for a DRO then?
    We dont have DRO's in Scotland.

    If someone is putting up a You Tube linky would they mind terribly much just saying what the tune is?

    A person can apply for a DRO if they have under £1500 of debts and only £50 or less available after paying normal household expenses - fee of £90 payable - DRO recorded on Insolvency Register - term is 12 months - debts cancelled in same way as in bankrupctcy. Debt Relief Orders were started April 2009 due to large number of bankruptcies, especially for those on low income who couldn't afford the normal fee for that
