Sorry to here your sinusitis are playing up 3 Dog's, have you tryed puting a heat pack over the top half of your face,I find that sometime's work's for me. Huummm, like FFC don't think I'd have the courage for a meet..........yet.

I did think about putting a heat pack on my face, but it is so long since I had the pain like this that I forgot whether to put hot or cold on it :rotfl: Now I know it's a heat pack, I'll try that tomorrow if still bad - thanks a lot for the tip. Do you suffer from it too then?

I can understand your hesitation about a meet but I expect at one time you did not have the courage to post on a forum like this did you? And look at you now pet :T :T :T :T however, it may be a while before we can organise anything so you may feel better about it by the time we actually do it ;)

I just find it take's me a while to get the nerve to do something diffrent or meet new people, but I do tend to get there in the end. Then I seem to go a bit mad and do thing's like go to concert's and coach trip holiday's........on my own, which is why I said yet, should have talked myself round by then.

You've certainly travelled the world W - was that all on holidays?

I've only been twice to France and 4 times to Spain - we enjoy holidaying in this country & Ireland - would like a more exotic holiday but can't afford them :(:(

Yes 3 Dogs, i became a teacher because then i could see the world. I was blind when i was 21 and i promised myself if i got my sight back i would see the world. I have too much to see before they send me to the knackers yard. I have travelled abroad on my own. It is exciting. I used to be scared of everything. I had to read a book when i was ill about 10 years ago called 'how to start a conversation' - Me!!!!! and look at me now.

I am still scared of things but 3Dogs and my other friends make me confident. I hope this thread helps you too Boultdj.

Oh those coach holidays can be really good for people travelling on their own - I know a few people that go on those and they really enjoy themselves

I don't know - Boultdj posts on NSD thread and NTN8 so may have seen details about it there? Have you petal? It was a trip on the Royal Scotsman Orient Express - pure opulence!! (we did not pay the £3720 each for 4 nights, we went as guests)
