Hiya again Angel - good pick on our jukebox :j :j

Lots of great songs - listening to them all, when I can keep up

Steve is still in pain and doped up to the eyeballs with pain-killers poor thing. He has a heat pad on his back but when he walks he gets pain down his leg. Sounds like sciatic nerve problem. I advised him to try 20 mins heat alternating with 20 mins cold - that's what we use - you could try that too SW probably - Steve sends his love to you :j

To be fair 3dogs, I think that is what I have got, as on the monday, I had pain all down my leg. I think I have sciatic

As for the facebook picture, it is 80s week, so you have to put a picture on when you were younger and cheesy, you should do one

No blooming chance, i had a facebook message from schoolfriends and they refused too.

Steve poor flower. I will send him a card tomorrow. He is so brave and does so much but he is in pain.

Yes, the sciatic nerve often gets trapped, sometimes by swelling in the back from an injury, and the nerve goes all the way down your leg to your toes!! Mine gets bad if I stand too long. I used to call it my 'pain in the bum' cause the stinging pain starts in the centre of one cheek of my backside :eek:
