Well basically what I was told was to have 2 ibuprofen and 2 paracetomol every six hours, but not more than three times a day, but I am not sure if you can with your diabetes. Also every hour or so make sure you do some stretches, because the worse thing is sitting all the time and laying when you go to sleep

ok am off to get stoned then. Problem with my mobile i can't seem to text steve. Just taken battery out and put it back in but the blooming thing has just died. Can someone text him to check he is ok? He was in pain last night. I slept so didn't get a chance earlier.
