How's Mr.3Dogs going on the van? Are you going to be moblie for shoping tomorrow? And SW, what's going on love? Waking up at that time in a morning {{Hugs}} it's not good for you, and good luck with resisting the crisp's, fat chance of me being able to do that, even if I'm in the front room I can hear them *calling* me to eat them. Still I don't buy them as offten now. 3Dogs what made you go for SW instead of WW? I'v done both and still stayed the same weight, but SW was about 8/9 years ago.And I realy need a kick up the 'arris to lose weight.
Mr 3Dogs was quick back from scrap yard - only took him an hour, and he was looking round for 20 minutes of that - good cycling as I remember now, it's 5 miles, and that county lanes with not much room for bikes :T that's the good news - the bad news? .... they did not have the right part  So I tried to ring another scrap yard, 5 miles in other direction, but no answer. I looked on eBay and could get one by Tuesday for £70. So, today for £110/£172, chance of one on Monday or about £25/£30 hopefully, or one delivered for Tuesday for £70 - decisions, decisions - gonna wait till Monday morning and check with other scrap yard first, cos if I have to order from eBay, it won't delay anything ordering Monday rather than now. He has arranged his lift for tomorrow, there and back so OK to do car boot - and he can get my fruit and veg there, and we don't desperately need anything else. I found another bottle of orange squash hiding somewhere so we are OK for drinks :j :j so don't have to resort to the whisky
Sl*mm*ing W*rld has changed a lot in the past few years - they now have an Extra Easy plan - do you remember Red (Original) and Green? Well now you can anything that was free on either plan (meat, chicken, fish, potatoes, pasta, rice) as free foods as long as you balance it with one third of your plate/bowl as Super Free Veg (cabbage, onions, sprouts, green beans, salad, etc). and you have one A choice (mlk or cheese) and one B choice (cereal, bread) - then you have your syns (5 - 15). it fits in so much better with normal family life and for when you go out. It's would be worth giving it another try in my opinion, if you can find a good consultant as that makes a big difference too. Good luck anyway - I do know how hard it is
Whoops - Mr 3Dogs reminded me to tell you that his bum is very very sore as today is the first time he has ridden a bike for 6 years, and even then he had a gel saddle 3Dogs makes mental note to buy Mr 3Dogs a gel saddle next time I get out for shopping

3Dogs are you both resting now? you must both pour yourselves a drink. I am so glad you have good friends that can help out with lifts. I haven't done any studying/marking. I am just waiting for the curry to cook. I must tidy too and organise a food shop.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220

Mr 3Dogs has already gone to bed SW with his cereal for supper and a mug of hot chocolate as he is getting up at 3 am to be picked up at 4.15/4.30 am tomorrow . He likes to get up, have a shower, have a nice sit down with his breakfast cereal, watching the telly for a while, rather than rush about like a mad man first thing in the morning. I am taking it easy and, of course, I can just stay in bed in the morning :j
Wot no marking yet! Are you going to do some later? or leave it till early tomorrow morning
I'm going to type up my next instalment now
