anyway to boost signal indoors
Hi All,
On vodafone, signal great outdoors but no good inside house. Can get 1-2 bars if mobile left on windowsill but as soon as you move away the signal drops. Have read on forum of various devices can help boost signal but do any of them work. Looked at boosters but unsure about them from a legal view is or is'nt it legal to use them.
If it is legal are there any that you just plug into mains and leave ariel/box by window to boost signal through house.
Thanks

My boss bought one of these for work (after I'd told him that our office broadband speed wasn't high enough:mad:) After about 3 weeks and numerous stressful phone calls to the Vodaphone help line, we were no closer to improving the service, so I was asked to send it back - there is no option to return it outside of 7 days, so it was £50 down the drain
Sp don't forget - 'You just need home broadband with a minimum line speed of 1Mbps, plus a 3G mobile phone.'Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0
