    Well he was at it agin this weekend.. people had written in saying they got a PCN for overstaying at a service station and again he told them to pay 5- 10 pounds..

    Just a media hack , who unfortunately has a wide audience in a national newspaper, I hope people will use google to search the company on the net, they will find many many posts refuting what he advises.

    If he is doing it trying to wind people up, it shows the measure of the man, and we should point to the daily mail article in response, there a legal expert has outlined what you should do, instead of a lay person giving his opinion on this.
    Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
    They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
    Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

    LucyBC is Lucy Bonham Carter who runs a website giving advice to motorists, she is a lawyer or barrister.

    HJ gets his legal advice from her.

    We had her posting on MSE when she launched her new website, she was blatantly spamming it on MSE. She (Justifiably) experienced the wrath of Quentin on here. She did not like being argued with and or being accused of spamming.

    MSE deleted her posts etc which might cause her to hate MSE.

    The advice HJ gives in relation to Insurance is frequently very wrong, if it involves claims management companies (One of his pet hates) his advice seems to be influenced by Lucy's website which coincidently makes money if she receives injury claims
