morning all, I emailed terry leahy on 15th of this month,( pink and I were banned from our local T's over 12 months ago, we were given no explanation just told we didnt need to Know, so guilty with not chance to prove our innocence, this happened a few weeks after we had reported a line supervisor for her attitude. ) here is a copy of the letter I sent . . . .

hi, last year my daughter and l were banned from your st.austell store, the manager refused to tell us why, just saying we didnt need to know, so we were guilty without the chance to try and prove our innocence.
As a breast cancer sufferer I am finding it more and more tiring having to travel further a field to do my shopping, I used to enjoy a wander around the store almost daily, this got me out of the house, now its maybe once a week when my daughter can run me over to truro or wadebridge,
Does our ban still stand and if so how long for, I find I am going to asda more now which is not ideal as there are tesco own products that I prefer,

I await your reply, gillian #######

I have now sent this email twice each time got an automated reply. . . . .

Thank you for your email which is receiving our attention.

    Kind regards,

I still have had no reply, maybe I should send a copy of the letter for a 3rd time, tescos really are a law unto themselves. :-((

  • Yay!! Result! Eventually pushed myself to ring T's cs, explained and sending me a gift card to make up a bit for trouting and CS manager is going to ring me to discuss events with me and the store will be told about retrianing staff re mocs.
Think I'll go and have a lie down after that!

    Well done Thrifty.

I think the only reason CS staff get away with this attitude is people are too scared to challenge them.

So well done for standing your ground, hope you get an apology too.
