Terrible way to treat people.....I was told a while back , it is now T's policy that the amount for conditional spends is after bogofs and not before...but there is a way of telling people this...they were very polite when they told me.....
  • TS, while I've only ever been able to use Condition Spend mocs after BOGOF, the way you were treated was appalling and the fact a member of staff told you to complain makes that clear! There is NO need to be rude and CS should be trained to treat the customer in a polite and tactful way. You would be helping her to get the necessary training if you complain.. ;)

she could go to the library, round my way, they offer free internet for 1 hour, do they do that at yours? or you could do it for her?

Does your library allow you to install the Coupon Printer? and how much do they charge for printing?
Mine charges 40p per colour page and not possible to install coupon printer. Only 10p for black and white, but not much use without being able to print coupons, even if your local store will accept B&W.

    Evening everyone.

what an awful experience Thriftysister, definitely complain to head office, there is no way a customer should have to put up with that sort of treatment.

ah not sure how much they charge for printing :(

only other way might be to go to an internet cafe, but not sure if they all have colour printers and how much they charge. Shame. :(

Thanks to RootedNomad on the grabbit thread, it looks like Tesco are going to do another doubling up on Clubcard Vouchers again from 8th Nov to 5th Dec https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2819108

An interesting article also on the above post

Morning all...tenner's very nice jeferey...I'm hoping for a spot of rain somewhere around Norwich before 11am:D
Do you think the Asda mocs are worth having ?Asda is not on my shopping route and have got my NOTW conditional plus Blues copy to use at T's..so not too sure if it would be worth shopping there this time, might try it next week though...
  • Thriftysister - that is just awful treatment, you should definitely complain. Following advice from the lovely peeps on here I've recently complained about a couple of things to Tesco, one of them was the online Persil glitch offer. I couldn't face phoning someone so put it all in an email and sent it to Terry Leahy (again thanks folks for that link!) and had a reply within a day and a £15 cashcard within the week.

You've concisely summarised what happened, and immediatley after it happened so it's fresh in your mind. You could copy what you have written (remove any references to dragon and puce colour lol!!) and email it off. Good luck xxxxx
  • Morning all.

Thanks peeps for all your help/support in my trouting & for the pms - what a wonderful lot you all are. When I've had another fix of caffeine I am going to try to pluck up courage & telephone T's - will let you know how I get on.
