Oh Lou, I am sorry, its so hard to do anything. I am thinking of you hubby and MIL

hope the doctors will be helpful

    xxxx

So do I Buffy, I havent got a clue what kind of help is available and up to now they havent diagnosed her with anything other than mild cognative impairement.

Last week the neighbours had to climb in the window as she told them that me and OH had locked her in the house and stolen her bag with her purse in....turns out her keys were in her bag that she had hidden from the "other" son.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Oh Lou that's really really sad. My dad is just starting to lose his marbles, but he's bedridden so can't get up to much mischief. Even so, it's sad to hear him talking about people moving things around in his room and he doesn't like where they've put them.
YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)

really....it's not hard to understand :T

Lou that's so sad. I do hope the doctor is helpful when she sees him. It's not a nice situation to be in.

Ooh, for anyone who hasn't seen on FB, I am going to be an auntie! My middle sister is 12 weeks pregnant, due in April. Very exciting. :D

Talking of FB, I have had a friend request from SL - any takers? Seems to be an MSE-er as we have various mutual MSE friends, although not many of the usual DC suspects.

Oh Lou, I'm so sorry, I remember when it got to that point with my grandma. Hugs honey, I hope the appointment with the doctor goes well.

    Congrats Snaggles!

Mmm cheese, or chocolate. I like QS for all the toffees, Bookie I agree coffee creams are sadly an endangered species.

Which supermarket is doing boxes of QS for a fiver? I was thinking I'd do a mini hamper for my neighbours with chocolates and whisky miniatures (cos I've already got the whisky), and I'll need to get choc for halloween, so I might as well get a big box for both.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
  • Co-op have got QS, Roses for £4.75 I think.

    From me too.
You may have to be quite forceful with the Dr to get a care package/support in place.
