OK, I'm slightly worried, as the PayPal payment STILL hasn't been refunded despite them saying:
Once we confirm delivery, a refund will be issued to your PayPal account. This tracking information has been shared with the seller. No further action is required of you at this time.
However I've just logged on now and found this latest entry on the log:
11 Oct. 06 - PayPal Fax Received from Seller.
I'm thinking what has the seller done now? I've followed all the instructions from PayPal, sent it registered (and royal mail confirmed delivery on Sat 7th Oct) but the refund still isn't with me and I'm concered as to what on earth this fax is.

Sorry but the ability to leave feedback definitely does not disappear dead on 90 days.
My one and only neg on a secondary id was left 5 months after the auction end, and several months after I negged the buyer for non payment.
If you know how to do it, and many people do, feedback can be left for as long as the auction is still available on the ebay servers, which can easily be 6 months or so.
A newbie user might not be aware of that so the 90 day thing might work with them but do not rely on it.

FINALLY! I got my refund from PayPal, not from Seller (it looks like they "recovered" the funds from her account).
Oh before I forget, I received an email this morning from her:
Your payment for this item hasn't been received yet. If you haven't sent payment, please follow the instructions below.
Now, there's the matter of feedback... as Poppycat kindly pointed out through this link: http://www.toolhaus.org/cgi-bin/negs?User=shades-of-fashion&Dirn=Received+by
I'm thinking of saying something so that she can't put one of her usual vindictive replies by it. How about: USB TV Tuner arrived with cheap/different & poor quality remote, no response to PM/email for 2 weeks therefore PayPal dispute opened and won. To be honest even if I do neg her she seems to get pages of new (positive) feedback each day, don't know how she does it
Also there are 12 mutually withdrawn on her profile, which I guess is because she negs the buyer back in revenge  If only ebay would remove unfair feedback.
This is one of her replies
Original Feedback from Buyer: USB TV Tuner does not work as advertised.
Reply from Seller
SELLERS BEWARE will leave neg feedback months later without any prior contact!! Reply by bhavistrut: Contacted Twice but u didn't responded after 2 mails, then I left neg feedback.
Follow-up by shades-of-fashion: Liar no prior contact made! as we ALWAYS offer a refund/ xchange!
 Ouch! :rotfl:
Any suggestions appreciated
there's a max size/length of feedback isn't there?

Remember, unless you use the foreign feedback method (which I can't remember) you have only 90 characters to leave your feedback.
Have chopped it as much as I can!
USB Tuner arrived-different & poor quality, no response to emails, PayPal dispute opened & won
Edit/ should she follow up with crap, do the toolhaus link and comment on the poor feedback from othersIt's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.0 -
I really wouldn't worry about 1 neg, as said earlier it will stand out a mile and you can put a comment under it referring to retaliatory feedback, inviting people to read her feedback. If you write something calm and considered it's going to carry more weight than the original feedback if it is a barely literate rant with loads of capitals and excalamation marks above it0

I've just been thinking - I haven't negged her, and she hasn't negged me.
What if I just leave things as they are, no feedback exchanged? It looks like people will continue to buy from her and my one neg isn't going to stop them, the rest didn't.
Oh by the way, when I click My Ebay I keep getting reminded to pay for the item :wall: How can I remove the item completely, not just delete? I don't want it down as a non-payment strike or anything!!! :eek:0
