Difference between Wildfire & Desire/Z/HD

Wanted a basic, laymans explanation of the main differences between the above. Wanted Desire and looked into couple of months ago and the was a few decent deals out there and had hoped when it came to the end of my current contract (30 Sept) the deals would be even better but they seem to have gone the other way!

Might it be worth me waiting for the Desire Z or HD???

Desire Vs Desire HD - bigger screen, faster processor
Desire Vs Desire Z - pull out keyboard, faster processor

Anyoone used both?

Interested in the difference in speed between them. I use interent and email a fair bit but not loads, also need open and edit excel, word etc.

I thought the same 1ghz processor was in the Desire Z & HD as there is in the Desire?

Nope, I was wrong. The Desire Z only has an 800mhz processor.

The HD has a 'faster' 1Ghz processor.. didn't know the Z was 800mhtz

The Z isn't much more
