p4u contract upgrade problems

i phoned phones4u and got an upgrade offer and was told it was going through and delivery on the friday etc...
had no emails off them and called them they had no sign of me on system so managed to get to upgrade dept and woman found info i signed up with so was going to process it now she says there are issues pending and phone was out of stock when was told previous day that it was fully in stock
i asked to cancel as they were messing me around, she says i cant cancel do i have rights on this??

If it comes just refuse it, the delivery company will then take it back (But get a reciept that it's gone back).0
