BT arrrggggggggggg ! please help

Really at the end of my tether with this one, BT cannot get any worse !

6 Sept got my quarterly bill stating that I upgraded my "vision" package to the GOLD option. The bill rose by around £80. This was NOT ordered by me.
I called them (foreign call centre) to try and resolve. Eventually i was transfered to a UK operator as the original couldnt really grasp what my issue was.
To cut a long story short the operator appologised and agreed to downgrade me back to the BRONZE package with a full refund.
Great you might think and within a cpl of hours the downgrade happened, only it went to the BASIC package where I would have to pay for any "replay" programmes.
I called them up again and again it was the foriegn call centre who couldnt understand. eventually put through to UK who confirmed I was still paying for the GOLD package even though I had been downgraded to the BASIC. I explained I just wanted everything back as it was with the BRONZE package. the operator appologised, offered me three months BRONZE package at half price and once again, I was happy !
Today, 16 Sept, I still dont have the BRONZE package and I really cannot face going through it all again with a foriegn representative or even a UK one ......... I have had enough. Does anyone have any advice. Can I cancel BT altogether or am I tied. should I try again to get it sorted ..... i dont know
