Water Board cancelled my DD without my instruction, without my consent!!

sadly they have done nothing wrong. If you are contacted by someone stating they are moving into a property the compnay will process a move customer and close the account. Now detials would have been issued out to you stating your leaving and this is your final bill. The water boards have tried and tested several options when processing moves including waiting until the person who was reg confirmed they were moving but this caused a lot of problems as many people simply were not contacting the ulititles to tell them they had moved. It is like if you rang your water board now saying Im moving into a property and they stated to you wecantopen an account with you until MR and Mrs X tell us they are leaving. If the dd was cancelled in 2007 were you not aware on your bank statments that no money was being took and also would you not have recieved letetrs to the new person who the water board had reg that moved into your property? You wont have an recourse on this sadly ask that they send you the letter from the letting agency so you can seek legal action agasint them and ask to spread the payments over 24 mths in the circumstances.
