I am permanently wearing trainers and trying to run everywhere....it's kinda working:rotfl:

I am wearing trainers too, but sitting still at my desk. The fact I am wearing them makes me feel like I am at least trying to get fit, even though I am going no where. ! :rotfl:

Its the thought that counts ! xx

I have fallen from grace today, had such a pants time in work I walked to buy healthy food for lunch as forgot mine and an individual treacle tart leapt into my basket. So I was good and shared it but still scoffed half even though I was full from healthy type food .......

Here I am! Has our mom arrived or is it next week she comes? I know last week was bl00dy awful what with one thing and another, so when you get weighed on Sunday if there is a blip I will not be cross with you.............however I will not always be so magnanimous so think on Lady, be afraid, be VERY afraid.

Well you were clearly wearing the magic hat for your interviews and good luck for the promotion. If you get through the next stage I will allow you to have a sticky bun.......only one mind!
