Hi,
got an unsolicited email invite to join biddi.com this morning. Checked it out and it looks too good to be true! Was hoping someone could tell me if the site is real or a big con. Never heard of it till this morning. I know Martin always says if it looks too good to be true, it probably is, therefore I want advice from other money savvy peeps. Has anyone else been to/and or used this site?

From what I saw, you have to pay to have the right to bid in an auction. If you don't use up your bids, you lose the money. You only get the free bids once you have paid, so no real chance to try it. If your bid doesn't win, you can only use it on immediate purchases, so you pay and buy or just pay..... not great either.
Try ebay. Some days, it's just not worth chewing through the leather straps....

Unless you seriously change your outlook, you have a lifetime of getting ripped off in front of you.
You will NEVER receive and EMAIL which is going to be a good thing for you.
EVERY unsolicited email you receive is going to rip you off.
Do you know I am actually Annoyed that someone can be so gullible by thinking this is anything other than a complete scam.
OP - put the computer down, this life on the internet is not for you.

I tried something similar in the past - I told my new Russian Bride to pick up the money and bring it, she must have stole it and done a runner - didn't see either her or the money.0 -

i have been using the website for 5 months now and have won 7 different items from cash to nintendo dsi the only downfall is that the items to take a long time to be delivered but i have saved alot of money using this site dont get me wrong you can lose your money best to see all auctions through to the end every bid placed knocks 50p off retail price so you can still buy item even if you lose for reduced price nothing to lose.0
