Working at Lidl?

I'll second the comment about never having enough staff.
My local has about 8 checkouts only ever with about 2 in use.
Quite often you are stood there waiting to pay & theres no-one on the till as they are all running around putting stock out of the big refridgerated units, you can hear people complaining & quite often many just dump the things & go & while i'm ranting why do they not provide baskets?. I do like Lidl & shop there regulary but the staff are always at a minimum & look stressed, i feel they could do quite a bit to provide a better service.
thats how they work, the staff on the tills do have a bell to press for another member of staff to open up a till plus the staff should be keeping an eye on the queue lengths as well,0
