I do like Lidl & shop there regulary but the staff are always at a minimum & look stressed, i feel they could do quite a bit to provide a better service.

    thats how they work, the staff on the tills do have a bell to press for another member of staff to open up a till plus the staff should be keeping an eye on the queue lengths as well,
