Had a lovley chanel make over today she was really nice game me 2 luxury samples and lots of normal samples, got a bag of samples today in harrods they were handing them to every where i went,:j , and got some more crem de la mer samples and lots of perfume samples!!

To teenage_Drama: if you see an open bottle or jar that's labelled 'tester' or 'try me', why not ask for a sample to test at home especially if it's something like body lotion or make up remover. After all that's what they want you to do! I haven't asked for any make-up samples yet so that's on my list for the next visit; I'm looking for the perfect foundation!

do they give foundations as well, and i have seen a pencil concealer, do you think they give samples of that because its not a liquid, i've bought only eyeshadows from them!

hihi everyone- i have had a good day today, collected a few samples...
hof- lancome lady gave me a few absolute and other skincare samples!
john lewis- got my OH to redeem the estee lauder night serum and i asked for clinique repairlwear ift and lady told me they ran out a couple of weeks ago (NOT TRUE!!) and gave me a repairwear day 7ml instead... so im happy bunnyx

You seem to be doing great with the samples. Not my case, unfortunately, I haven't visited the city centre since last Friday.

Many thanks for the info re Clinique in John Lewis. I think we spoke to the same SA: last week she told me they had run out of samples. :rolleyes:

I think I'll pay a visit to the Clinique SA in House of Fraser instead (very nice lady, she's made a positive impression on me during my last visit). I'll probably do that on the 30th, when both the 10% off + Bonus Time are on.

finally got a clinique cream today after months of trying - from boots @ mall,bristol. tried john lewis usual miserable Se who even before I'd finished asking said "NO"!
did get a handfull of perfume samples for my daughter who is looking for perfume for xmas but has highly sensitive skin. she alos gave my other daughter the same and some aftershave to my son!

No chanel mascara left! tols there isn't much around at this time of year best try again in january.

I hate it when they say they have no testers the lead up to christmas is there buisest time and they have tons of samples, its when January comes they say oh we gave them all out over christmas.

yeah i agree they have tonnes of samples over christmas to give out with the presents.
