I use this stuff ,its really good for taking the edge off if you feel slightly anxious.
Didnt believe it would work at first but was pleasantly surprised by how good it is.
Would recommend it !!
Think it might be a case of hit and miss to these herbal remedies as Kalms dont seem to work on me but my friend swears by them.Moneysaving? - I cant stop spending because of this site!0 -

It's a bit like the acupressure wrist bands for motion/morning sickness. My partner KNOWS that if she wears one she will not feel sick. If her wearing a band saves me from stopping the car and having her wretch by the roadside it is a small price to pay and a great benefit for her. Some scientists will say it's just a placebo effect but if it works it works. My weight loss following Doktor Dahlqvist' Dietary Program

when testing medicines of IBS for example, the EFFECTIVE placebo generally gets better results than an effective medicine. My weight loss following Doktor Dahlqvist' Dietary Program

I used rescue remedy 2 weeks ago. I had a really bad Sunday and I found that I did calm down. Now, I don't know for sure if it was actually the rescue remedy that did this but I'm inclined to believe it was.
A social worker that I used to see highly recommended it so that is why I purchased it.
I didn't like the taste very much yuk!
Anyway, I would personally recommend it to others and I will use it again myself if I get in such a state again.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

I've used this while I was pregnant and I think it DOES work. It's comparable to a smoker having a cigarette really. It's the ritual of taking the stick out of the pack, lighting it and smoking it that calms the nerves not the stuff they're inhaling. IMO the act of having something in your handbag that you can reach for in times of anxiety can be a great calmer whether the liquid itself 'works' or not.
I gave it to my two year old daughter who has panicky moments where she will get scared about things and it 'seemed' to work and I've given it to horses where the rider has 'felt' that the horse has calmed.
It may not be scientifically proven but if it works then it works whether some scientist agrees or not.Just run, run and keep on running!0
