My friend swears by this and I've been meaning to get some but it is pricey.
On the Bach's remedy website you can ( or at least you could) put some info in and get a personal remedy mix suited to you.. think of about 5 different remedies that you can mix together to suit whatever it is you need it for. If that makes any sense!

it is isn't like taking medication for anxiety, the medication slows you down and sometimes I feel a bit space caked, but RR just takes the edge of the panic. Sorry can't be more descriptive.

Fr. Stack: While you were out, I got the keys to your car. And drove it into a big wall. And if you don't like it, tough. I've had my fun, and that's all that matters.

I've tried it and it did nothing for me.

BTW to say that because vets use it on animals it can't be just the placebo effect isn't true. There was an article about use of homeopathic remedies by vets in New Scientist a few months ago. A lot of vets are up in arms about it and want the Royal Vetinanry Society to take a stronger stance against use of unproven treatements by vets. They think any percieved improvement is a result of placebo effect on the owner making them think the animal is better or just down to the added TLC that goes along with the treatment. The proponents of homoepathic treatments say that the treatments are tailored to the animal and that's why double-blind studies don't show them to be effective but the vets in favour of scientifically proven practice say that if the treatment works it should work on everybody or at least on a statistically significant number of patients studied.

I did want to believe this ... but I have to admit that when the vet used it on my daughter's horse I did think that considering the size of the animal, a bucket of bach would be more effective.

    Hi pumpa,

As this is more of a Moneysaving Health question, I'll move your thread over to the Health board.
