Excellent stuff.
I use the dropper bottle. It's the only way I can drive the short distances that I do (phobia).
Vets use it on animals so it can't just be a placebo effect.de do-do-do, de dar-dar-dar0 -
i hvae used it in the past, you pop it on your tongue -tastes a bit like watered down cheap brandy. I think it worked . Used it for driving test and B4 exams. Doesn't last v long though. TBH it is ages since I used it. But I remember being impressed with it.0

I carry the spray one with me at all times..I have anxieties and prefer this to drugs...It just take the edge off the nervousness...I paid about £5 from my local chemist and it lasts ages as you only need 2 sprays. If you obey all the rules...you miss all the fun!! Katherine Hepburn0

I use more than the four drops
It will just take the edge off and relax you slightly. Nothing more than that, but it does work.
It lasts for 20 mins but you can keep using it again and again.
I used it for nearly a full day once (bad day, don't ask  )de do-do-do, de dar-dar-dar0 -
I agree, it's great for anxiety!0

would anyone say its comparable to anti anxiety medication? im trying to understand how it makes you feel, does it make you feel happy/drowsy or just stops you going into a full blown panic lolFr. I've never taken prescription medication for my problems (should really) so I can't compare.
It will stop my full blown panic but I have to work with it ... it dulls it just enough.de do-do-do, de dar-dar-dar0 -
I have bought in to help me with nerves about my driving test in a week and a half, I have also bought Bach's Larch remedy for confidence, I can't say I have noticed much improvement but maybe thats because I have only been taking it for a couple of days and haven't been taking enough? (I put a couple of droppers full in a bottle of water that I sip though out the day?)
I am hoping that once I take it more often it will help, my sis recommends it as do lots of people I've spoke to.

it wont make you drowsy etc - the alcohol content is really minimal... as any thing it will work for many people and wont work for others.... best thing to do is to try it
