Pay date has been moved so have to wait another 2 weeks before get paid :eek:so looking at freezer food and store cupboard. Freezer pretty full so will batch cook next weekend once I have emptied it a bit.
Saturday - chicken soup, chicken fajitas (kit in cupboard)
Sunday - Roast chicken and the trimmings, Omlettes ( OK have to buy the chicken but it will stretch out!)
Monday - Chicken with potato salad,Chicken and pea risotto
Tuesday - Pasta salad - double helping as stuck at work until 9.30(store cupboard and vegetables in fridge)
Wednesday - tuna and bean salad (Store cupboard apart from onion and parsley from garden), chilli
Thursday - tuna and bean salad,salmon with chinese spices and stir fry veg
Friday BLT, turkey with jerk spices and pineapple salsa
Snacks will be bananas, apples, j*ffa cakes as packet to use:o, cheese on toast if home. Been run down this week so in addition to the fruit juice cartons I take in packed lunch getting large carton of OJ as have money off voucher for Tr*picana.

Saturday - SC parsnip & cauliflower korma, pilau rice and peshaawari naan for grown-ups; mini sausages and yorkshire puddings for children
Sunday - SC lancashire hotpot, cabbage (bubble & squeak with tomato sauce and a fried egg for children)
Monday - pasta with a tomato & vegetable SC sauce & salad
Tuesday - SC orange braised lamb, rice or potatoes, green veg (veg sausages instead of lamb for children)
Wednesday - OH cooking, probably macaroni cheese
Thursday - lentil soup & crusty bread

Oh, that time of week again!
Friday - OH is fasting (Yom Kippur) so I had some dehydrated udon - very unhealthy but scrummy!
Saturday - Cheats Thai Curry and rice (sauce from a jar, terrible!)
Sunday - Veggie Chili with leftover rice (new for me!)
Monday - Pasta with Aubergine sauce
Tuesday - Roasted Veg Lasagne
Wednesday - leftovers from week
Thursday - Potato and leek soup

Did this for thr first time the week befor last and it worked realy well, stuck to the meal plan used up things that needed using up, thus saving on the shopping:j
Last week did not do a meal plan so it all went a bit pear shap, spending more money than i should have :mad:
Well here gose for this week (Monday to Sunday) all breckfast will be toast or ceral and milk, all lunched will be leftovers or sarnies
Monday Paella as my top shelf in frezzer had defrosted due to door left slightly ajar by dd2:eek:and some sea food mix had defrosted.
Tuesday Texas corn bread as i have all the ingredents(hairy bikers book Mums know best)
Wednesday breaded pork escolpes new pots and salad
Thursday Veggie pasta bake
Friday Sausage cassarole potatoes, brocolli & Cauliflower(frozen)
Satuarday Chilli, tacos, wraps salad
Sunday A roast probably Pork
Hopfully this is do able so i should have a fairly cheep week as i have nearly all the ingredents in.:T

Lunches will be hm soup from the freezer - trying to lose a few pounds too so that should help!So, there are these boys,

S - SC Minty Lamb Shanks
M - Sausage and Bean Casserole
T - Not sure as travelling and theatre in the evening - Hairspray
W - Re-organise and re-group after long weekend
