MONDAY
Lunch - Steak baguette
Dinner - fish, pots and veg
TUESDAY
Lunch - HM soup and a sandwich
Dinner - HM Chicken korma and garlic bread
WEDNESDAY
Lunch - stuffed peppers
Dinner - Sausage, mash and veg
THURSDAY
Lunch - omelette
Dinner - Takeaway or Salmon fried rice
FRIDAY
Lunch - HM chicken and leek Quiche and salad
Dinner - Spinache and lentil en croute
SATURDAY
Lunch - Mac Cheese
Dinner - Takeaway or Salmon fried rice (whatever not had thurs)
SUNDAY
Lunch - BP with cheese and beans

Hi all Thursday to Thursday this week for us.Breakfast will be the usual cereals, toast with toppings, fruit and fruit juice.
Snacks will be home made cakes biscuits , muffins ,sausage rolls etc weekdays lunch at school for the children, a sandwich or soup for me, sandwiches and such for lunch sat and sun.
Thursday Homemade steak and mushroom pie with veggies Have had this tonight and it was delish and a piece was saved for me for lunch tomorrow
Friday Homemade pizza , garlic bread and salad
Saturday something on toast
Sunday Roast chicken , roast spuds ,veggies and yorkie puds
Monday bbq chicken (using leftovers) and rice
Tuesday Toad in the hole ,mash and veg
Wednesday jacket potatoes with toppings and salad
Thursday Fish and homemade chips with peas and bread and butter
this is of course if all goes to plan in the next week otherwise it will be same stuff just jumbled around:)Paul Walker , in my dreams;)0 -

I am pleased I ventured on here over lunch as this has made me remember to throw some sort of plan together for next week.
Saturday
B: O.J. Branflakes with date, almonds and oatmilk
L: Probably out so most likely a few veg nuggets and fries :O
Tofu stir fry with rice

L: Out again, so will be veg burger + salad for us all as it is the only vegan meal on the menu (well, it's a good excuse for a burger
) - although knowing DD she will end up with 3 side orders of onion rings, chips and veg as usual... 
Soup and rye crispbread for me/toast for others
Monday
B: O.J. Porridge with dates and nuts
L: Hummus on rye crispbread/sandwiches for others with salad (mangetout + carrot for DDs with banana + soy yog after)
Double potato + courgette stew with salad
Tuesday
B: O.J. Avocado + tomato on Best of Both toast
L: Oatcakes with peanut butter with salad(mangetout + carrot for DDs with banana + soy yog after)
Marinated tofu with steamed veg (+ potatoes for others)
Wednesday
B: O.J. Branflakes, dates, nuts and oatmilk
L: Hummus on rye crispbread/sandwiches for others with salad (mangetout + carrot for DDs with banana + soy yog after)
Baked sweet potato/potato with baked beans + hm coleslaw
Thursday
B: OJ. Rye crispbread/toast for others with peanut butter + apple.

Snacks/extras will be fruit, carrot or nuts. Girls suppers are usually porridge, branflakes, hm pancakes or toast with boob/cup of oatmilky tea for supper
EAT: Instead of mangetout, carrot + banana, DD chose baby corn and plums for lunches. Also instead of going out on Sunday, we ate lentil casserole with veg n potatoes at home

last week ALMOST went according to plan.
this week we shall mainly be eating:
Su 19th Gammon with mashed potatoes and veg (poss roast spuds and gammon-got a hock and might slow roast rather than boil)
Mo 20th ham and cheese omelettes, chips, salad
Tu 21st Spiced basa fillets with ginger soy noodles.
We 22nd Burgers, chips, coleslaw
Th 23rd spaghetti carbonara
Fr 24th mustard griddled chicken thighs, new spuds and green veg
Sa 25th OH is working, so something from freezer, no idea for me
Su 26th as above0 -
Due to going back to work Monday after a 6 weeks off... I decided to attack the freezer leftovers and not cook during the week... so all pretty boring stuff!!

Fri: HM Pizza - my first attempt - but to start off with I am using a packet mix as I'm trying to clear the freezer not add more things to it!
Sat: Morrocan Style Fish with Roast Veg Cous Cous
Sun: Eat at DH's parents
Mon: HM Spag Bol from the freezer
Tues: Fish with parma ham, pesto and creme fraiche - new recipe of the week
Wed: Chicken wrapped in LO parma ham and stuffed with goats cheese - roast courgettes & tomatoes and some roast pots
Hopefully that will remove a few things from the freezer ready for the clear out and defrost on 28 Sept.
