Hello everyone - I've missed you :) Hope you are all doing well x

I am pleased I ventured on here over lunch as this has made me remember to throw some sort of plan together for next week.

L: Probably out so most likely a few veg nuggets and fries :O :p
D: Tofu stir fry with rice

    Sunday
    B: As above
L: Out again, so will be veg burger + salad for us all as it is the only vegan meal on the menu (well, it's a good excuse for a burger :D ) - although knowing DD she will end up with 3 side orders of onion rings, chips and veg as usual... :p
D: Soup and rye crispbread for me/toast for others

    Monday
B: O.J. Porridge with dates and nuts
L: Hummus on rye crispbread/sandwiches for others with salad (mangetout + carrot for DDs with banana + soy yog after)
D: Double potato + courgette stew with salad

    Tuesday
B: O.J. Avocado + tomato on Best of Both toast
L: Oatcakes with peanut butter with salad(mangetout + carrot for DDs with banana + soy yog after)
D: Marinated tofu with steamed veg (+ potatoes for others)

    Wednesday
B: O.J. Branflakes, dates, nuts and oatmilk
L: Hummus on rye crispbread/sandwiches for others with salad (mangetout + carrot for DDs with banana + soy yog after)
D: Baked sweet potato/potato with baked beans + hm coleslaw

    Thursday
B: OJ. Rye crispbread/toast for others with peanut butter + apple.
L: Tofu coronation salad with couscous
D: Pasta with mixed beans and veg + garlic baguette

    Friday
    B: O.J. Avocado + tomato on toast.

Snacks/extras will be fruit, carrot or nuts. Girls suppers are usually porridge, branflakes, hm pancakes or toast with boob/cup of oatmilky tea for supper :)

EAT: Instead of mangetout, carrot + banana, DD chose baby corn and plums for lunches. Also instead of going out on Sunday, we ate lentil casserole with veg n potatoes at home :)

    This week we are having:

    Thurs: LO Chicken & Something
Fri: HM Pizza - my first attempt - but to start off with I am using a packet mix as I'm trying to clear the freezer not add more things to it!
Sat: Morrocan Style Fish with Roast Veg Cous Cous

Mon: HM Spag Bol from the freezer
Tues: Fish with parma ham, pesto and creme fraiche - new recipe of the week
