Evening. Bunny, glad you're enjoying the course and BB, glad you're enjoying the new job.

I've been to my first meeting of the patient forum at my GP, lots of discussion about the appointments system, and lots of little bits. I think we've come up with some positive changes. I'm going to have to keep an eye on one of the women though, she's so clearly the type that joins these things just to improve things for herself and be able to use the influence for her own good.

Then went to mr. T's, I've decided to stop the eat as little as possible' diet and go for the 'eat sensibly and only healthy things' instead, so got lots of stuff for that. Although I did get a bag of amaretti biscuits so I can have one with my coffee every day, enough so that I don't feel I'm missing out, but not enough to be really bad.

I have done the challenge in my head, but can't be bothered typing it all out!

right both ds are out dh on xbox, i'm going to log off and grab a box and start sorting or it will never get done

A tutor said to me today that I was looking really well. In the old days I have always heard that as 'you're looking really fat' but I knew what she meant. I kind of just went ...oh, cheers and she said 'no........you've got this real 'glow' about you all the time these days'
