LIST EVERYTHING YOU WILL HAVE TO DO TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS

So if one of your goals is to achieve a certain salary per annum, what would you have to do to achieve it. Would you have to gain further qualifications and training or would you have to even change jobs. To become TEFL trained how will you go about it....how much, who provides the training.....

Break it down into mini tasks....and be as detailed as possible.

OKay - question ladies. Hubbles is going to be away a lot through the end of the year which means my time in the gym is going to be restricted. Should I get the 30day shred DVD? I alread have the Nell McAndrews one but am wondering if its worth getting the Shred cos a lot of you use it and rate it. They've got it on Play for £6.49...

List your goals . Break them down to smaller steps because its easier to move a mountain of small stones one at a time than a whole mountain in one.
Reward yourself each step of the way, however small.
Don't listen to people who say you can't do it .
Remember who you are doing it for .

    Good Morning.
