Mobile Phone Insurance
Hi guys
Il keep it short and sweet,
I bought an iphone contract in march through phones4u and took out their insurance with policy admin,
In June I broke the phone but couldnt afford the £50 excess, but filed my claim anyway,
I have since had my insurance cancelled as I couldnt keep up the payments (been made redumdent) but have been told that as long as my claim was logged while the insurance was active that they will have to repair or replace it.
can anyone shed some light on this please as I can now afford the excess.
thanks
