Sorry Lyndy22 I got your name wrong earlier.
I applaud you for sticking to your guns, its lucky that youre in position not to have to work for a while. You are right, your health, both physical and mental are paramount and not worth being made to feel ill.

Good luck in your job hunting (are you sure you dont want to make a claim for constructive dismissal, I think, from what you have said, you would stnad a good chance.

  • Thanks McKneff I have never heard of this, never been through this before. I made it known today how I feel about the incompetence of the managers, They know how I feel about the place and that I have never worked in a place as bad as there, really is a joke, I might even give the customers the correct consumer law instead of lying to them like I have been told to by the managers, before I leave them in the lurch with no-one to do my job then the managers will have something to complain about. :j

I put in a grievance once on behalf of me and my colleagues, they said they would resolve it but nothing changed, we have put up with all kinds of malpractices in there. It's not just a heated moment I am really beginning to get depressed it's just not worth the hassle anymore :(. I will do some voluntary work instead.:) Thanks for all your replies x

Voluntary work is great but what will you actually live on?
