Summer E7 = 01.30-08.30
Winter E7 = 00.30-07.30
at least here (BG/old EMEB area) it does0 -

So how do I find out definitively whether SP use a meter operator that supports teleswitch and the times they use? All telephone numbers lead back to customer services who don't know. There seems to be a lot of confusion out there!
your 2 rate meter (if digital) will show you what rate it is running on at any time0 -

Except a teleswitch is 01.00 - 08.00 all year round. I live in old EMEB area, and checked it this morning.0 -
I wish prople would realise that the times vary between diffreent properties in the same area. Even if suppliers say they don't when you call them, they are wrong!0

Only with a mechanical time switch.
Teleswitches switch at the same time over a very wide area - usually the old Electricity Board Areas.0 -

im ex-EMEB (by area) and we had an old mechanical timeswitch go all "radio rental", switching our NSR circuit live at 5pm (peak rate) and costing me a fortune
do you have the radio swiched time switch? (using radio 2 pips)?0 -
Bgas, when asked, had to google "economy 7 times" as they dont set them, thier local supplier (Npower here) does that bit0

I'm in the Scottish Power distribution area; what time is economy 7 here?0
-
Hi msconfused
I would like to clarify this issue for you and other forum users as well. So that I can provide accurate information for the supply that you are receiving within your distribution area, can you PM me your full electricity supply number, including the group of numbers that come in a block of 2, 3 then 3.
Once I have this information I will confirm to the forum the exact position in relation to your day/night rates.
Kind Regards
