Yep. Greedy Brits...
No negative things to say about the Bulgarian authorities that allowed these paradises to be paved by foreign companies and creating a completely unsustainable market?0 -

Yes, a poor country saw loads of daft foreigners buying property in their poor country. It created employment in building and tourism. They don't, and can't regulate the price of property, and like most Bulgarians looked on in bewilderment when flats were bought for €60-90000 by the greedy.
We recently bought a 1500 square metre piece of land in a great location for €10000, add €20-25000 for a house build and services, but the difference is that we'll use it in the Summer. It won't make us money, it's not an investment, but hey what do we know, we're savage Bulgarians?0 -
So you pass judgement on a nation without ever visiting it?
My original view has been proved correct -you're a barmpot. No thanks, I’m not a “greedy” “get rich quick” person wanting to try to exploit a backward poor third world country, unlike you, you idiotic hypocrite.

"I'm here working for an international charity."
So don't say that Brits who have been ripped off are responsible for their own bad fortune due to "greed" and "get rich quick", that's not the right thing to say to people who have lost money.0 -
This thread should have died 32 posts ago. The only way to kill it dead, which is what it deserves, is to ignore it.0
