Have 3 changed their T+Cs?

Hi all,

I'm just wondering whether 3 have changed their T+Cs. I'm coming up to the last 3 months of my contract and want an iPhone. I was told at the beginning of my contract, as well as more recently when I first rang up about the iPhone, that I can upgrade in the last 3 months of my contract, no problems. But of course the best deals are available to those who wait until the last month.

I have since found out that upgrades for the iPhone are only available on the last month of your contract, while a recording for their CS line told me I can upgrade from the 24th December. So I'm just wondering if anyone knew whether they have in fact changed their T+Cs in regards to upgrading.
