It's unlikely that you would have to spend more cash. Let's take a look at the specification. Download, install and open CCleaner and write down what is written at the top of the programs interface.

Don't forget to post the brand name of the whole machine or tell if it was one bought from an independent computer shop.

Next we will run a standard malware scan, to check if there are any nasties lurking on your computer:

Download, install, update and run a Quick Scan with Malwarebytes' AntiMalware. When complete, choose 'Remove Selected' if there is anything to remove and Reboot your computer.

After restart, open the program again and go to 'Logs'. Double click on the log produced for today and post the contents here.

Next, download, install and run the HijackThis Version 2.0.3 installer and use the Quick Start guide to enable you to produce a log for posting here too.

But what you really need to do in the future(if you don't do this already) is to have a reliable back up solution. No matter which computer that you are using.

But let's take it step by step. We are here to save you money. ;)

Maxdata eh? May need to run Chkdsk. :)

I have done all these things - I dont know how to get a log from Hijack this...

It's German for Smith. Looks as if you were posting a german address too.

Where on earth did you get that PC? Do you have German friends?

Given that you have had extensive problems with your computer as documented on other threads and that a lot of those problems were/are hardware related I would suggest you bite the bullet and buy a new one. Especially as your business depends on it.

What are you looking for, a laptop or a PC? Have you got a working monitor?

Ok ok, if we're going down that route my advice to the OP would be they could do alot worse than picking up a bog standard dell type machine (especially for 'normal' business use). You should be able to get something perfectly reasonable within the £500-£600 range.

....just steer clear of your dodgy computer man from last time

No it was some dodgy computer man who promised me a really great computer package and then charged me £1500 for a pile of sh*te...
