Selling old mobiles
My husband sent 3 mobiles to selloldphone.co.uk on 14 August, sadly before reading reviews on the company. He has emailed them on numerous occasions asking for payment and receives a standard reply saying "a cheque has been sent today". 5 weeks later and still no cheque. The moral of this story is to always check reviews before parting with your goods or money.

They seem to be a really Small Business. Just has a look at the following address on Google Maps 3D Streetview:
31 North Road
Boldon Colliery
NE35 9AX
It seems they have a corner street shop, its next door to a William Hill Bookies. The shutters are down on it (although so is the bookies). Their premises is also opposite a Post Office.
How did your hubbie send the phones? Did he use recorded delivery??0 -
Also got a Telephone number for you:
0191 536 2375
Worth giving them a quick call to see if they answer. Good Luck :money:0 -
I used to live in Boldon Colliery. The house next door to ours was once the scene of a police siege when the guy who lived there held his girlfriend hostage at knifepoint.
Happy days... ;PIf I've helped you please show your appreciation by using the "Thanks" button

Im in the same boat. Sent them my Iphone including charger etc. took ages to receive payment but i did in the end - £95 by cheque. However when i tried to pay it in to my bank it bounced.
Tried the phone numbers but it just rings out. Never get any replies to my emails.
Lesson learnt but still very frustrated.0
