Hi,

Here is the latest..................

Firstly, I contacted Optimum Releasing and explained the problem.
They were having none of it and said that it was the retailers responsibility to sort it out for me.

I next contacted the retailer and explained the problem.
They told me that because the box-set was purchased over a year ago they could do nothing about it and advised me to contact the distributor again.

Ok, I said, but could you put that in writing and send it by e-mail to me?

They agreed.

I contacted Optimum once more, this time they were very helpful and have asked me to send them an e-mail explaining the problem in more detail and to attach the retailers message that I recieved to it.

Hopefully I will get some sort of positive reply in due course.

The new disc arrived in the post yesterday.

Tested it and it works perfectly.

A complete set at last!
