Thanks very much, just bought them at £32.99 - great bargain! My GHDs have been having issues for the last few weeks so this is the perfect solution :)

I got some and really didn't get on with them - they frazzled my fringe and didn't seem to straighten the rest of my hair very well at all. I did a swap with my daughter though as she likes them to curl her long hair as they're the right barrel shape to create a ringlet curl.

I found a pair in store today so I am very pleased I managed to bag a set. an early birthday pressie for myself. I rang the store yesterday and they said they didnt have any in stock but have deliveries everyday up to christmas so I popped in this morning and got the last set but when I was by the till the girl said that they came in last week and were selling quite well so obviously they had been there yesterday when I rang so maybe worth going to store and check yourself. the assisant seemed very disappointed when I told her they were supposed to be as good as ghds because I was buying the last set! thanks OP

Got a pink pair in Plymouth today and there were 2 more on the shelf. Also a white set for £32.99 with a special edition bag or something.

Hi guys, I use GHD wide plates as my hair is so thick and no other straightener seems to make much differance, do those of you who have these agree that they are as good as the GHD's the reason I ask is I would like to curl my ahir and obviously my GHD's dont do it properly as they are so wide and was going to buy a set of thin GHD's. any comments would be greatly appreciated.

I think they are as good as GHDs and infinitely better for curling. The only negative I have is the plate is quite short and so it takes longer to straighten my hair but other than that I love them!
