Write them a letter stating when you called and who you spoke to - they get so many complaints, I'm sure it'd be nice for a staff member to get a compliment instead

I have just checked online and have had 2 more notifications of entitlement sent in the past week. That takes the total to 7. I enrolled on my course today so I just took the last one I got with me. I am going to try and forget about it now till the money is in the bank as they have nearly sent me over the edge of sanity...
