    I think the fact that the third party sought legal advice a day before she sought medical advice speaks volumes.

    You seem paranoid about this. Hope you never get injured in a RTA!

    The third party sought legal advice about being injured, and when the legal advisor discovered no medical consultation had taken place, then gave (good) advice!
