All the re-sellers have different prices and there can be quite a difference in the price between them.

I purchased some credit from CKvoip5 and he credited me after about 40 mins after I sent him an email notifying him that a payment had been made. Cost me £9.25 for 10 Euros, compared with £10.75/£10.78 for some of the others, so £1.50 saving so a fair difference. All working fine so far

I have a BT Basics Line with BT Broadband Option 1. I have just finished an 18 month BT Broadband Option 1 contract with a £3.60 loyalty discount. I contacted BT to renew the contract if they would increase the loyalty discount - they said £3.60 is the maximum Broadband discount available with a BT Basics Line - IS THIS TRUE?

There is no minimum or maximum-the discount will be whatever you can negotiate.
Yo are already getting a substantial line rental discount with the provision of BT Basic.
